Can I test Kadar before paying?
Yes, of course! You can test Kadar for 15 users for free. The best part is – all the features are included. In the testing process, our team will provide support as needed.
Is there a free plan?
There is a free plan – Team, for up to 15 users. It includes all the features.
How many users can be on the Team plan?
Teams that have less than 15 members can use the free Team plan. If the team gets bigger you can always upgrade to a Business plan.
How can I upgrade from a free plan to a paid plan?
You’ll find a section Manage subscription in your profile settings at the bottom left. Here, you can choose the plan that suits your needs the best.
What happens if I want to cancel my plan?
You’ll find a section Manage subscription in your profile settings at the bottom left. Here, you can cancel your current plan or choose another one that suits your needs.
Can I choose a monthly subscription?
Yes, for sure! When deciding on a plan, you can choose whether you want to pay monthly or yearly.
What are the benefits of a yearly subscription?
If you choose a yearly subscription, we’ll provide a special discount.
Which features are included in the Team Plan?
Team Plan includes all the features and is free for up to 15 users. We strongly believe that Kadar should be used as a whole to gain maximum benefits.

Does Kadar provide onboarding / implementation support?
We sure do! Our Customer Success team will make sure that onboarding and implementation run smoothly. We can organize workshops, or you can contact us through in-app chat for quick day-to-day support.
How does Kadar secure my data?
We’ve made an extra effort to secure your data. Only authorized persons from the protected network have access to the servers. Traffic between our clients and the application is fully encrypted. Previous also applies to the communication between the services that the application uses. Database backups are kept by Amazon for no longer than 90 days.
What is the difference between roles in Kadar?
There are three basic roles – User, Moderator, and Administrator. Roles will help you organize and restrict who sees what, and who can act in which situations.
Is my Learning Library visible to other organizations who are using Kadar?
No, your Learning Library (and all other data) will remain completely private – it will be visible only in your organization. No worries!
